How bulk and wholesale orders work
For larger quantities or a custom item, use our custom order request page (or choose wholesale). Include:
- Your name, email, and phone
- The item, material, color or size, and quantity
- The exact engraving text and your logo
- Your needed-by date, and whether you want shipping or local NJ pickup
Sending your logo
Vector files work best: SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF. A high-resolution PNG or JPG works too. We will let you know if anything needs cleanup before production.
What happens next
- We review your request and files.
- We reply with questions if needed.
- We send pricing and timing.
- After you approve, we engrave and ship, or hold your order for pickup.

To get gifts in time for Christmas, order by Monday, December 7, 2026. For bulk orders, reach out as early as you can so there is time to approve your logo layout before production.
Orders ship in 3–5 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping. Shipping is a flat $8.95 and free on orders of $99.99 or more. We ship within the US only. Local customers can choose free pickup in Howell, NJ.
